At Zanetta we are committed to creating a seamless online shopping experience. Therefore we offer returns or exchanges on your Zanetta purchase!

CONDITIONS OF RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All returns must be made within 7 days of the delivery date. We offer full refunds or exchanges depending on your needs.

Garments must be returned in its original condition of purchase and must not be worn.

Items will not be accepted for an exchange or refund if it is not received in original condition. Here is a list of unacceptable return conditions:

• Make up stains of any kind
• Fake tan stains of any kind
• Marks or stains on clothing of any other description
• Pulls, rips or mutations of fabric
• Broken zips
• Broken hook & eye closure

All garments must have the tags still attached, which include the swing tag, care instructions (found on the inside of the garment) and the Brand Label.

SENDING & PACKING YOUR RETURN

When returning an item/s you must include packaging. Please use EXPRESS POSTAGE SERVICE to ensure that your item is received within the accepted returns timeframe (7 days since delivery date).

RETURNS ADDRESS

Please Email [email protected] and ask for our returns address. You will receive the details within 1 hour of sending your email.

** Please note that all items received after the return date period will not be accepted. ZANETTA is not liable for any loss of garments in the returns transit, which is why we recommend using a track number or traceable express post service.

Before your return is processed, all items will be inspected before any refund or exchange is issued out.
ZANETTA reserves the right to deny any refunds or exchanges if the items are used, worn or damaged in any way. Subsequently they will be returned to sender. If your return is not approved for a refund or exchange, you will receive an email of notification.

The cost of a return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. It is recommend using traceable mail for returns, as any returned items that are not received by ZANETTA will not be issued a refund or exchange.

For all Returns & Exchanges, please allow 5 business days for this to be processed, from the date that the return was received by us. Once the transaction has been processed you will be notified via email.

Your refund must be processed through the same credit card that was used for the original payment. Refunds of the initial shipping charge will not be accepted other then for faulty items. Your own return postage costs are non refundable.

SALE POLICY

ZANETTA does not accept any refunds or exchanges on sale items unless the item is faulty.
